Consent to the Processing of Personal Data

By ticking the consent box under the lesson request form on https://bogdancreates.ru (the “Site”) and submitting the form, I freely, of my own will and in my own interest, consent to the processing of my personal data on the terms below. The box is not ticked by default. This consent is given separately from any other information or document, as required by Article 9(1) of Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data” of 27 July 2006.

2. Purposes

  • handling my request, booking the free studio lighting lesson and agreeing on its date, time and place;
  • contacting me about my request and the lesson using the contact I provided: a phone call, a text message or a WhatsApp message if I gave a phone number; a Telegram message if I gave a Telegram username; an email if I gave an email address;
  • keeping a record of this consent.

My data will not be used for marketing messages.

3. Personal data

  • name;
  • the contact I chose: phone number (including for WhatsApp), Telegram username or email address;
  • comment, if I wrote one;
  • date and time of submission;
  • IP address and browser details (User-Agent) from which the request was sent;
  • record of this consent (date, time, version of the text).

4. Processing operations

Collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, changing), retrieval, use, blocking, deletion and destruction, carried out both with and without automation. Data is transmitted from my browser to the Site’s server over HTTPS.

5. Conditions

  • The data is stored in the Site’s database on servers located in the Russian Federation.
  • The Operator does not disclose my data, does not share it with third parties, does not engage other persons to process it and does not transfer it abroad, except for disclosure to public authorities where required by law. Notifications about my request that the Site sends to the Operator contain only the request number and a link to the admin panel — without my name, contact or comment.
  • If I gave a Telegram username or a WhatsApp phone number, I understand that the Operator’s messages will be delivered via a messenger owned by a foreign company that processes conversation data under its own terms; in such messages the Operator uses only my name and details of the lesson.
  • No decisions producing legal effects for me are made solely on the basis of automated processing.

6. Term

This consent is valid from submission of the request until the purposes are achieved, but for no longer than 12 months. Once the purposes are achieved, the data is destroyed within 30 days. Requests whose retention period has ended are deleted automatically: the clean-up runs when a new request arrives and when the Operator signs in to the admin panel after the period has ended.

7. Withdrawal

I may withdraw this consent at any time by sending the Operator a request by email to giantsofhits@yahoo.com. It is enough to give the contact from my request or to write from that contact. The Operator will stop processing and destroy my data within 30 days of receiving the withdrawal, unless the law provides otherwise. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before it.
